Chase Gonion is a long time resident of the Blue Water Area. He graduated from Cros-Lex High School in ‘02 and proceeded to work within the construction, food and sales industries before finding his passion for real estate. Chase became a licensed Realtor in ‘09, Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist in ‘10, an Associate Broker in ‘13, Master Certified Negotiation Expert in ‘17, and Green Certified in 2017. He began his career at Bauer-Reno & Associates Real Estate LLC, where he was employed from '09-'17. Throughout his career in real estate, he’s continued his education by taking courses through the Real Estate Academy, Marketplace, and Liberty Title and also by attending the National Realtors Convention 2016/17 and MI Association of Realtors Convention 2013-17.  In the beginning of 2018 Chase began his own real estate brokerage, Unique Properties Real Estate, Inc. He’s immersed himself into the community by volunteering for Relay for Life, the Hunter Hospitality House and joining the Blue Water Young Professionals. He currently serves as President of the Eastern Thumb Association of Realtors, where’s he’s been a member since ‘09 and held leadership positions since ‘13. Outside of work Chase spends his time remodeling homes, traveling, and doing outdoor activities such as snowmobiling, camping, and biking.
